According to multiple reliable sources, including RAC1’s Gerard Romero, Barcelona president is set to hold his first official press conference since taking over at the helm of the club tomorrow, on the 28th of May, at 11;30 AM, at the Camp Nou auditorium.

The presser will reportedly be held in order to address the sporting and financial situation of the club, which means that the lengthy audit being conducted must either be at an end or close to conclusion, giving the president a better insight into the numbers behind the economic crisis.

It is believed that the future of Ronald Koeman could be one of the key topics brought to light during the conference. Laporta has already met with the Dutchman once to discuss his continuity at the club, but it was reportedly inconclusive, with another meeting was scheduled in the coming days.

Laporta might also break silence on the club’s latest transfer business, as they seem set to secure a whopping four free transfers ahead of the summer window. The done deals at the moment include Sergio Aguero, Eric Garcia and Georginio Wijnaldum, with the latter’s agents being spotted at the club’s offices to stamp the deal.

Barcelona also released a statement yesterday regarding their continued presence in the European Super League. The issue, which was supposed to be put to vote for the socis at the end of May. There is still no clarity on that front, but Laporta is bound to speak about it in front of the cameras tomorrow.
