Watch: Osasuna 2-2 Barcelona, Match Review

Barcelona play out an entertaining 2-2 draw away to Osasuna. From minute one to ninety-five, this was an intense and thrilling battle, with an incredible atmosphere. Xavi will be disappointed to see his side concede and drop points late again, although can be extremely pleased with the incredible individual displays of both Pablo Gavi and Abde Ezzalzouli.

Barcelona started well, and got themselves in front through an excellent Nico González finish, following an exquisite pass from Pablo Gavi. Osasuna equalised within seconds however, after some poor Barcelona from a set piece, which left David García with a free header in the area.

Barcelona started the second half well, with impressive and star winger Abde getting himself on the scoresheet, following a fast counter-attack and an emphatic finish. The second half was intense, scrappy, feisty and eventually, Osasuna got their goal through a superb Chimy Ávila strike.

Xavi can be pleased with the desire and hunger his side showed today, and the progression in our performance, but the truth is that Barcelona need to start winning matches on a regular basis and cannot afford to continuously drop points.
