Barcelona pick up a crucial 3 points after beating Levante by one goal to nil on Sunday evening. It was a hard-fought encounter overall, with Barça struggling to gain a strong rhythm of dominance in the game, but the deadlock was eventually broken 15 minutes from time, when Lionel Messi struck off the post and in to ensure all 3 points remained in Catalonia.

Ronald Koeman will be pleased to see his side return to winning ways, but will also surely continue to have doubts about the performance from this team, which was once more sluggish, lacklustre and without much desire or fight throughout.

A positive for Culers would be the impressive performance of Ronald Araújo, who continues to look like a wonderfully assured centre-back, and one Barça can rely on, especially for the next few games, which are absolutely fundamental to Barcelona’s success this season.

My passion has always been football. Not just playing football, but also watching, analysing and talking about it. Football is my life. It’s what I wake up thinking about and go to bed worrying about. Although I love playing football, it is watching, analysing and sharing my thoughts on the game that inspires me. I began sharing my opinions on my YouTube channel from a very young age, and I am now delighted to be part of this fantastic team at Barça Universal. Barça is a huge part of my life and will always be. Força Barça!
