Welcome to my match preview for Barcelona’s trip to Getafe for matchday 4 of the La Liga season. After dropping points to Sevilla before the international break, Ronald Koeman faces yet another tricky test as Barcelona manager. In my preview below, you can learn what to expect from both Koeman and Bordalás’ sides, what sort of line-up we could be seeing out there on the pitch, as well as a score prediction for tomorrow’s encounter.

Koeman could look to mix up his Barcelona squad for this one, especially after the international break, so Culés eyes will be peeled to see how players such as Ousmane Dembélé get on in such an important clash.

Going away to Getafe has been said to be similar to a trip to the dentist, so Koeman’s Barça will have to be on the top of their game to wrap up all 3 points.

My passion has always been football. Not just playing football, but also watching, analysing and talking about it. Football is my life. It’s what I wake up thinking about and go to bed worrying about. Although I love playing football, it is watching, analysing and sharing my thoughts on the game that inspires me. I began sharing my opinions on my YouTube channel from a very young age, and I am now delighted to be part of this fantastic team at Barça Universal. Barça is a huge part of my life and will always be. Força Barça!

This was a good confidence builder for Barça, heading into the game against PSG on Tuesday, as Ronald Koeman was able to rotate his side, whilst picking up 3 more points. Check out my full match review below:

Koeman also handed out a first league start to youngster Ilaix Moriba, who despite his error leading up to Rioja’s goal for Alavés, did impress on the night. But standout performers were certainly Lionel Messi and Francisco Trincão. The former showcasing his eternal genius once more, with the latter slowly building confidence and turning into an effective goal scoring winger for Barcelona.
