Ter Stegen: “Our opponents won’t be very happy with Messi after the break”

Ter Stegen recently spoke about his contract renewal, the situation of playing behind closed doors, and his team-mate Lionel Messi’s current form.
“I don’t think our opponents will be happy at all with Messi’s return after the break.”, said the German goalkeeper.
The Barça wall also explicitly talked about his renewal process, and how he currently feels.
“Talks had begun, but then they stopped due to the pandemic. There are many more important things to worry about right now. My family and I are very happy in Barcelona.”

“We played against Las Palmas behind closed doors and it was very weird. We love the fans’ support and that’s what makes football beautiful.”, Ter Stegen added regarding playing behind closed doors.
With his team back in action away against Mallorca on June the 13th, Ter Stegen will be giving his everything on the Barcelona goal-line. Everyone is back again, and fans are counting the days now.
