Official: Joao Cancelo, Joao Felix in Barcelona squad list to face Osasuna

The fourth matchweek of the 2023/24 La Liga season takes reigning champions FC Barcelona to Pamplona as they are scheduled to face CA Osasuna at El Sadar on Sunday night.

Ahead of the game, Barça manager Xavi Hernandez has released the squad list that will be making the trip for the match.

And, the biggest news is that deadline day signings Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix have both made it to the squad list for the game and could very well make their Barcelona debuts on Sunday.

The pair joined the club only yesterday and had only one training session under Xavi, but the manager has called up both Cancelo and Felix.

Meanwhile, new signing Inigo Martinez also makes the cut after finally being registered with La Liga, having had to wait for a while for his chance. The same holds true for academy graduate Inaki Pena as well, whose registration was completed this week.

Andreas Christensen also makes the list after having been taken off with discomfort in the last game. Raphinha returns after serving his two-match ban.

Youth talents like Pau Cubarsi, Diego Kochen, and Marc Casado continue as well, along with breakthrough starlets Lamine Yamal and Fermin Lopez.

The squad list also reveals the new squad numbers for some of the players, with Cancelo being handed the No. 2 kit while Alejandro Balde has been given the No. 3 shirt after being registered with the first team.

Martinez, meanwhile, takes the No. 5 kit while Felix will wear the No. 14 shirt.
