Barcelona have the chance to add to their brilliant seven-game winning run tonight as they travel within Catalonia to face off against Girona for the Catalan derby.

Xavi has made a fair few changes to the team that took on Real Sociedad in midweek.

Andreas Christensen has been benched in favour of Eric Garcia, while Ronald Araujo retains his place in the starting lineup. These two will be screening Marc-Andre ter Stegen in goal.

On the flanks, Jules Kounde will continue to provide width from the back on the right side while Marcos Alonso has been selected over Jordi Alba and Alejandro Balde to do the same on the left.

Sergio Busquets anchors the team in midfield as the #6, playing behind Frenkie de Jong and Gavi. Pedri has been rested after he picked a knee knock vs La Real.

With Robert Lewandowski still suspended, Ansu Fati has been given the nod as the centre-forward. Raphinha and Ousmane Dembele flank the Spaniard, with the latter likely on the left side.
