Ansu Fati has once again become a hot topic in the market, shortly after reports linking him with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG are already on the verge of capturing Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele, but it appears their new coach Luis Enrique is also keen on bringing in Fati.

Ansu Fati offered to PSG

According to Fabrice Hawkins, Ansu Fati has even been offered to PSG this summer, as the club look to shore up its options in the offensive department.

However, as per Hawkins, PSG have not taken up the offer just yet, despite earlier reports claiming their desire to sign the Spaniard.

It appears the French champions are currently focusing on the pursuit of Bradley Barcola. The young Lyon forward has become a hot prospect in the market after enjoying a splendid season last time out.

Curiously, even Barcelona are reportedly keeping tabs on Barcola’s future, though the Catalans are unlikely to be able to make a move for the winger.

Fati wants to stay in Barcelona

Despite being offered to PSG, Ansu Fati remains determined to continue at Barcelona and revive his career after a poor 2022/23 campaign.

Heading into the new season, Fati is not on top of Xavi’s priority list. The Barcelona coach is likely to rely more on the likes of Raphinha and possibly Gavi as a false-winger.

However, the departure of Dembele could play into Fati’s hands, as it would force Xavi to deploy Raphinha almost exclusively on the right flank.

This will pave the way for Fati to enjoy more game-time, though the Spaniard still faces stiff competition from Gavi.

As the summer progresses, it will be interesting to see how Barcelona manage the situation in the attacking department.
