‘They talk, in the end we win’ – Barcelona forward aims dig at Real Madrid
Barcelona Femeni continued their dominance over Real Madrid Femenino last night as they cruised to an impressive 3-0 victory away at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium.
Fridolina Rolfo, Aitana Bonmati, and Caroline Graham Hansen were all on target as Jonatan Giraldez’s side once again demonstrated that Las Blancas are no match for them.
Caroline Graham Hansen takes a dig at Real Madrid
Speaking after the match, the 29-year-old Graham Hansen, who was on target on the night, aimed a sharp dig at Real Madrid, claiming that all their opponents do is talk about how the gap between the two teams is getting closer, but the reality is far from that.
“The matches against Real Madrid? They talk before and in the end we win… They say ‘We’re closer, we’re closer,’ but we still continue winning,” she remarked, as quoted by Diario AS.
It must be remembered that this was Barcelona Femeni’s third Clasico win over Real Madrid Femenino this season.

Giraldez’s side had thrashed Alberto Toril’s team 5-0 in their first league meeting earlier this season and then hammered them 4-0 in the semi-finals of the Supercopa de Espana.
Now, another dominant 3-0 followed on Sunday night, meaning Barcelona have now scored 12 goals across three games against Real Madrid with no reply from their opponents.
In fact, since Real Madrid Femenino was established in 2020, Barcelona Femeni have won each of the 16 duels between the two teams with an amazing record of 64 goals scored and seven conceded.
The gulf of class and quality between the two teams is huge and it was there for everyone to see on Sunday as Barcelona secured their third win of the season against Las Blancas.
