Barcelona defender Todibo tested positive for Coronavirus
A case of the virus has emerged from within the squad.

As the team is preparing for the great clash against Bayern Munich this Friday, concerning news came out of the Barcelona camp. Jean-Clair Todibo has tested positive for Coronavirus and the player has now confirmed it himself.
The young defender will now have to self-isolate and stay away from his teammates who have important games to attend in the coming days. Luckily, as the media have quickly reported, none of the other players seem to be ill at the moment.
Barcelona have announced their squad that will travel to Lisbon and Mundo Deportivo say they are all in perfect health so it’s just Todibo who has tested positive for Coronavirus.
Of course, the Frenchman hasn’t actually played for the team in the entire second half of the season since he spent time in Germany, at Schalke 04. Now, however, he is back from his loan but is likely to be moved on in the ongoing summer transfer window.
But these new circumstances may have a role to play in the whole process and it will be interesting to see how Barcelona handle the situation at hand.
Now, however, they have important business to attend to. This Friday night, the Catalans will face Bayern Munich in Lisbon for a chance to play in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
