Last Friday, UEFA has made official the full schedule of the Champions League, with dates and times, of the six matchdays of the group stage in the European tournament.

Barça will start their way to try to win the most important club trophy at the international level against Ferencváros, the relatively easiest rival in the group, on October 20 at 9:00 p.m. The full list of Barcelona’s meetings in the UCL will be on these dates:

  • 20-10-2020  Barça – Ferencváros   21.00h CET (Home).
  • 28-10-2020  Juventus – Barça   21.00h CET (Away).
  • 4-11-2020 Barça – Dynamo Kiev   21.00h CET (Home).
  • 24-11-2020 Dynamo Kyev – Barça   21.00h CET (Away).
  • 2-12-2020 Ferencváros – Barça   21.00h CET (Away).
  • 8-12-2020 Barça – Juventus   21.00h CET (Home).

Ronald Koeman will certainly have some domestic tests as well, as he will be facing Teal Madrid on October 25 and Atletico Madrid on November 22. This means that we will have a first glance of what the Catalan team is capable off, especially before 3 days before the Juventus clash in the Clásico.

The current doubt is whether Barcelona will have the necessary squad depth to succeed in both La Liga and the Champions League, as the Catalan club is currently short on a striker and centre-back.

The love I feel for this club is as great as the desire to share my admiration for it. Being a fan of Barcelona since when I was 8 years old and growing up watching games week after week. It makes no sense to feel so much love for this club. Being able to transmit all that love with more lovers of this sport is priceless.
